Irène Khaletzky is a vegetarian private chef specializing in creative, seasonal cuisine rooted in flavor, health, and sustainability.
Passionate about cooking since childhood, she developed an approach that combines refinement with environmental awareness. In 2015, she chose to become vegetarian for ecological and well-being reasons. What began as a personal commitment quickly became a field of culinary exploration.
Her work is influenced by anti-inflammatory principles and low glycemic cooking, always balancing nutrition with generosity and elegance. Drawing inspiration from her Russo-Mediterranean heritage and her travels, Irène creates vibrant, expressive dishes where spices, fresh herbs, and local Provençal produce take center stage.
In 2019, she left her career in food and wine communication to fully dedicate herself to her culinary practice. She now offers private chef services in Provence, vegetarian catering for intimate events, yoga retreats, corporate gatherings, and hands-on cooking workshops in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon.
Irène also collaborates with restaurants and food brands, creates pop-up dining experiences, and designs bespoke culinary concepts.
